All products are handmade and crafted with care by the shop owner. Orders are fulfilled within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase. Larger orders may require additional time; for substantial or custom orders (e.g., event-themed items for hotels and restaurants), please contact us in advance at [email protected].
